TikTok bans content creator Carter Efeâs account with over 5 million followers
Prominent Nigerian content creator and comedian Carter Efe has permanently lost access to his official TikTok account following reported violations of the platformâs regulatory policies.
The video-sharing network executed the ban on Wednesday, September 8, attributing the removal of the profile, which commanded an audience of 5.6 million followers, to repeated infractions of its community guidelines.

The enforcement effectively dismantled the entertainer’s primary hub for distributing short-form comedy sketches, music promotions, and live broadcasts.
