British mother of two kidn@pped in broad daylight in Malawi

A British woman has been abducted in Malawi in broad daylight.

Nusrat Osman, 47, was reportedly abducted at around 12.30 pm local time on Friday, September 11,  in the city of Blantyre by four men in a grey Nissan Dualis.

Authorities have offered a reward of over £12,600 for ‘credible information’ that could help secure the mother-of-two’s safe rescue and lead to the prosecution of those responsible.

The Brit was reportedly working for a local auditing firm at the time of her kidnapping.

Local outlet Nyasa Times spoke to her husband, who said: ‘I don’t know where she is or how she is. My wife is an auditor, and I have no issues with anyone.’

Investigators are reportedly flooding members of the public with text messages as they scramble for leads, according to the outlet.

The motive behind the abduction remains unknown, and the kidnappers have not attempted to get in contact with the victim’s family or the authorities.
