Wikeâs aide, Lere Olayinka, calls for TikTok ban in Nigeria
The spokesperson of the Minister of the FCT, Nyesom Wike, Lere Olayinka, has called for the review or total ban of social media platform, TikTok.
Lere made the call via his social media handles today while reacting to the recent arrest of a 36-year-old mother who was allegedly using her 7-year-old daughter to create adult content, which she published on TikTok and makes some money from it.
Following her arrest, the suspect said she has so far made $300 from publishing the adult content.
