Woman mourns sister who di£d days after welcoming twins

A family’s joy at welcoming a set of twins sadly turned sorrowful when the new mum passed on just days after childbirth. 
A sister to the deceased took to Facebook to mourn the deceased.
She explained that they were still rejoicing over the birth of the twins when her sister passed in days later at age 30. 
The deceased was laid to rest on September 12.
