Chinese traveller warns people not to come to Nigeria as he shares repeated extortion attempt from Lagos street louts (video)
A Chinese travel creator, Xiao Johnny, has urged his countrymen not to visit Nigeria as he shared his experience.
He was filmed trying local food at a market in Lagos when a group of men stopped him and demanded money.
When he asked why, the men did not have a reasonable explanation. They simply told him that they are Nigerian citizens and he’s not, so they can demand money from him.
He ended up encountering many more louts trying to extort money from him as he continued his tour of Lagos.
In conclusion, he told foreigners, “Don’t come to Nigeria.”

Xiao Zhong Johnny is a popular Chinese travel content creator who focuses on exploring African countries, local street foods, and tribal life.
