Media personality charges youths on resilience,  determination

Popular media personality and digital content creator, Awaisu Bin Hasheem, has emphasised the importance of resilience, patience and determination in the pursuit of success, saying achieving meaningful goals often requires individuals to overcome difficult moments along the way.

Awaisu made the remarks while reflecting on his personal journey and the challenges he encountered before reaching his current level.

According to him, success does not happen overnight, as individuals may experience setbacks, difficulties and periods of uncertainty before eventually achieving their goals.

He said his own journey was not without challenges, noting that he had to remain focused and committed despite the difficulties he encountered.

“I went through a lot before I reached this stage. I faced different challenges along the way, but I refused to allow those difficulties to stop me. I learnt that if you want to succeed, you must remain resilient,” Awaisu Bin Hasheem said.

Success Requires Time and Consistency

The media personality noted that young people need to understand that success requires time, consistency and continuous effort.

He said some people become discouraged when they do not immediately see the results of their efforts, stressing that the absence of quick results does not necessarily mean that a person is on the wrong path.

Awaisu advised young people to continue learning, improve on their mistakes and remain committed to their goals.

He explained that every successful journey has its own challenges, adding that individuals should learn from their experiences rather than allowing setbacks to determine their future.

Do Not Allow Challenges to Discourage You

Awaisu Bin Hasheem also urged young people not to allow difficult circumstances to discourage them from pursuing their ambitions.

He said challenges are often part of the process of building a career, developing a skill or establishing something meaningful.

According to him, resilience does not mean that a person will never experience difficulties; rather, it means having the determination to continue moving forward despite those difficulties.

He encouraged young people to remain focused, make good use of available opportunities and avoid comparing their early stages with the achievements of people who may have spent many years building their careers.
