Jetour G700 PHEV set to take centre stage at Abuja auto showcase
Jetour Nigeria is set to bring its premium automotive experience to Abuja as the all-new Jetour G700 Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) takes centre stage at a three-day showcase scheduled for September 22 to 24, 2026.
The Abuja event follows the brand’s recent major showcase in Lagos and is part of Jetour Nigeria’s efforts to deepen its presence in Nigeria’s premium automotive market while promoting the adoption of electrified mobility.
The company’s growing footprint was recently recognised by the Nigeria Auto Journalists Association (NAJA), which named Jetour Nigeria the Fastest Growing Auto Brand of the Year.
Jetour Nigeria currently operates through seven accredited dealerships across the country, including Elizade Nigeria Limited, New Era AutoVehicle Services, Kojo Motors, Germaine Auto Centre, Tab Autos, R.T. Briscoe Motors and Mandilas Motors.
The Abuja showcase is expected to attract government officials, corporate executives, fleet managers, motoring enthusiasts and members of the media, who will have the opportunity to experience the G700 through an exclusive vehicle reveal, hands-on demonstrations and VIP test drives.
At the heart of the event will be the Jetour G700 PHEV, the brand’s flagship SUV developed to combine executive luxury with advanced off-road capability.
The vehicle is powered by Jetour’s Kunpeng Super Hybrid system and dual electric motors, with a claimed combined driving range of up to 1,400 kilometres. The extended range is designed to address one of the major concerns associated with electrified vehicles — range anxiety — particularly for long-distance journeys.
The G700 also features adaptive suspension, triple differential locks and a claimed 970mm water-wading depth, positioning the SUV for demanding off-road conditions while retaining the comfort and refinement expected of a premium vehicle.
Inside the six-seat SUV, Jetour has equipped the cabin with a range of luxury features, including Nappa leather upholstery, massage seats, a 35.4-inch 3K panoramic display, an 18-speaker Lexicon sound system and an onboard refrigerator.
