“I deeply regret my actions” — Pastor apologises to women he dated before marriage

Apostle Sam Adegoke Pamilerin, lead pastor of Elijah Generation Church, has publicly apologised to women he had s£xü@l relationships with before getting married to his wife.
The pastor, popularly known as Mobile-Fire, said he stepped back from public ministry and social media in recent weeks to reflect, seek counsel and address matters from his past.
In a statement, he admitted that although the relationships happened before his marriage, his actions were wrong and fell short of the standards of holiness, integrity and self-control he is expected to uphold as a Christian minister.
He apologised to the women involved for any hurt or harm he may have caused, as well as to his wife, family, church, colleagues and those who have trusted him as a spiritual leader.
“I am not making excuses for what happened or seeking to minimise it because it occurred before my marriage,” he said, adding that he has been seeking God, receiving pastoral and professional counsel and taking steps towards repentance and accountability.
He also said he understands that genuine repentance should be demonstrated through changed conduct and accountability, adding that he is prepared to accept the consequences of his actions.
He also asked for prayers, saying he wants the humility and courage to face his past honestly, make amends where appropriate and allow God to bring about genuine transformation in his life.
