“My issues with my ex had nothing to do with our daughter” — Iyabo Ojo explains why she gave ex-husband a prominent role at Priscilla’s wedding

Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has opened up on why she ensured her ex-husband, Ademidun Ojo, played a major role during their daughter Priscilla Ojo’s wedding.

Speaking during an interview on The Morayo Show, Iyabo said she refused to let her personal differences with her ex-husband affect their daughter’s special day.

According to her, she was intentional about breaking unhealthy family patterns, explaining that although she and her ex-husband fell out, he remains Priscilla’s father and deserved to be present for one of the biggest moments of her life.

She added that whatever happened between them as former partners should never be transferred to their children, stressing that her priority has always been her daughter’s happiness and the success of her marriage.
