Sokoto-bound passengers dead after armed bandits intercept commercial vehicle

Bandits reportedly intercepted a car conveying passengers getting back from Sokoto metropolis and fatally shot all of the occupants within the car.

The incident occurred alongside the street to Isa Local Government Area of Sokoto State.

This was disclosed by Bakatsine, a battle reporter protecting northwestern Nigeria.

Bakatsine mentioned a number of the victims have been among the many 3,000 individuals recruited by the Sokoto State Government who had been invited for additional screening and assortment of their paperwork.

The assault reportedly occurred whereas the passengers have been returning dwelling from Sokoto metropolis.
