The suspects were arrested by operatives of the Command’s Violent Crime Response Unit, VCRU, following credible intelligence and sustained surveillance, the police said on Tuesday.
The Command’s spokesperson, Abimbola Adebisi, disclosed this in a statement released through the official X handle of the Lagos State Police Command.
According to the statement, the suspects identified as Damilare Oluwatobi, 28; Lekan Adenuga, 30; Haruna Sheriff, 22; and David Balogun, 24, were apprehended at their hideout in Idi-Oro, Mushin.

The four suspects are currently in police custody and are assisting investigators with the ongoing probe, while efforts are being intensified to track down other members of the alleged syndicate linked to the criminal activities.
