Items recovered from the suspect included a navy face cap, three-quarter navy trousers and 4 pictures displaying him wearing navy uniform.
The Police Public Relations Officer of the command, DSP Oluseyi Babaseyi, confirmed the arrest in an announcement on Thursday.
