Ododo , Bello, Wada, others lead Kogi presidential marketing campaign council

Ahead of 2027 normal elections, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has unveiled the Kogi State Presidential Campaign Council with outstanding political leaders and stakeholders appointed to drive the celebration’s marketing campaign throughout the state.

According to the celebration, the council was being chaired by Kogi state governor,  Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, whereas former governors, Yahaya Bello, Captain Idris Wada, in addition to ex-deputy governors, Arc. Yomi Awoniyi and Chief Edward Onoja had been among the many marketing campaign patrons.

In a press release issued by the commissioner for info Kingsley Fanwo, stated Senator Smart Adeyemi was appointed Director-General of the council, whereas Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo will function Coordinating Director, Strategic Communication.

According to the assertion Ali Bello the Chief of Staff to Governor Ododo was named Kogi State Presidential Campaign Council Coordinator, with Hilary Ojomah Egwudah as his deputy.

The assertion stated the appointments convey collectively skilled political leaders, public workplace holders and celebration stakeholders to coordinate marketing campaign actions, strengthen mobilisation and talk the APC’s message to voters throughout Kogi State.

“Senator Sunday Karimi will function Director-General of Parliamentarian Mobilisation, whereas Comrade Majeed Dahiru has been appointed State Presidential Campaign Spokesman.

“Ismail Isah the Special Adviser on media will serve as Deputy Coordinating Director, Media and Strategic Communication, while Commander Jerry Omodara (Rtd) will head Security and Intelligence” the assertion stated.

Other key appointments in line with the assertion included Abdulaziz Idris King as Director-General of Election Planning; Suberu Adagu as Director-General of Administration; Rt. Hon. Aliyu Umar Yusuf as Director of Stakeholder Mobilisation; and Yakubu Yusuf Okala as Director of Logistics and Operations.
