NFL star Stedman Bailey officially charged for allegedly having s3x at Florida arcade
Former NFL wide receiver Stedman Bailey has been formally charged over an alleged public s3x incident at a Florida shopping mall.
Broward County prosecutors have charged Bailey, 35, with exposure of s3xual organs, a first-degree misdemeanor, according to charging documents obtained by TMZ Sports. The charge stems from an alleged incident on July 27 at Round1, a bowling alley, arcade and bar inside Pembroke Lakes Mall in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
Prosecutors allege that Bailey “pulled down his clothing to engage and/or was actively engaging in contact of a s3xual nature” in public at the venue. Bailey was arrested alongside a woman identified as Karina Manderson shortly after midnight on July 27 after they were allegedly caught engaging in s3x at the establishment.
According to police, Bailey admitted that he had his pants down but denied that he and Manderson had s3x. Bailey has said he intends to fight the charge. If convicted of the first-degree misdemeanor, he could face up to one year in county jail and a fine of up to $1,000.
Bailey played three seasons in the NFL with the St. Louis Rams before his playing career ended after he was shot in the head in 2015. The charge remains an allegation and has not resulted in a conviction.
