My govt sharing prosperity, clearing pensions, gratuities – Tinubu
Speaking in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, throughout his presidential marketing campaign rally, Tinubu urged Nigerian youths to get their Permanent Voter Cards, PVCs, and guarantee they vote for him in 2027.
The president urged Nigerian youths to make use of their PVCs as a weapon in 2027.
According to Tinubu: “Today again, I return here to say thank you and seek your support for the second term. I’m seeking that support because you believe in me; you believe that I care for you, particularly all of you youths; your education, your welfare, and your skills are extremely important to me and Nigeria.
“I guarantee you that now we have began the golden age; the prosperity is right here. To the youths, your future will depend on this election; this progress has no reverse gear. It’s left so that you can use the weapon you might have, and that weapon is the PVC. If you haven’t collected yours, please go forward and gather it.”
“The individuals who ruled earlier than left unpaid pensions and gratuities in billions and trillions of naira; that’s being cleared, so that each household is included and we’re sharing prosperity already.
“A retired engineer is receiving their pensions right now, a retired welder is receiving his pension right now, a retired teacher is receiving a pension right now. Thank you for bearing with me; thank you for your interaction with me,” he added.
