According to a recent video by Lucky Udu, a Nigerian woman has recounted the painful end of her 12-year relationship after her boyfriend secretly married her childhood best friend. Speaking in an interview with Lucky Udu on Saturday, the woman described how betrayal came from the person she trusted most.

She met her boyfriend in 2014 while preparing to enter the University of Benin (UNIBEN). Her best friend, who later joined her at the university, was closely involved in her relationship, often advising her to leave over minor disagreements while helping reconcile them during disputes.

Suspicion arose two years ago when the friend sent her boyfriend birthday wishes and received money from him. Despite these signs, she trusted both and dismissed her doubts. Unbeknownst to her, the couple had grown close and secretly planned a wedding.

Even when her boyfriend returned to Nigeria and spent time with her in Lagos, he had already fixed their wedding dates. The marriage took place on January 3 (traditional) and January 6 (white wedding), without her knowledge.

The victim said she felt deeply hurt by the betrayal, as both parties blocked her and offered no apology. Despite the emotional trauma, she is determined to move on, leaving the matter in God’s hands…....
