The United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)
has published the names and pictures of 10 additional Nigerians in its “worst
of the worst” suspected criminal offenders register.

The US ICE said it is carrying out the promise of US
President Donald Trump to carry out mass deportations, “starting with the worst
of the worst – including the illegal aliens”.

The names and pictures were published on the website of the US department of
homeland security (DHS).

“The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is highlighting
the worst of worst criminal aliens arrested by the U.S. Immigration and Customs
Enforcement (ICE),” the statement reads.

“Under DHS leadership, the hardworking men and women of DHS
and ICE are fulfilling President Trump’s promise and carrying out mass
deportations – starting with the worst of the worst – including the illegal
aliens you see here.”

The register, which is being updated regularly, contains
citizens from many countries of the world.

The suspects face allegations ranging from sexual assault,
fraud, and illicit drugs smuggling.

The department did not state the exact date that those on
the register will be deported to their various countries.

In February, the names and pictures of 79 Nigerians
were published on the register.

The number of Nigerians on the register rose to 124 in July.

In August, the US said it has revoked more than 175,000 visas issued
to foreign nationals under Trump administration for allegedly violating visa
conditions, committing crimes, or posing security threats.
