Muslim woman advises women in interfaith relationships

A woman has advised non-Muslim women dating Muslim men to ensure they are on the same page about marriage and religion before getting deeply involved.

In a video shared online, she claimed that some Muslim men may date and become intimate with non-Muslim women but later choose Muslim women when they are ready to get married.

“If you are a non-Muslim woman dating a Muslim man, make sure you guys are on the same page,” she said.

According to her, some relationships can become complicated when marriage eventually becomes the subject, particularly where religious expectations and family approval are involved.

She claimed that some Muslim families may be reluctant to accept women from other religious backgrounds as wives.

The woman described her comments as “just a sisterly advice” and urged non-Muslim women in interfaith relationships to understand their partner’s expectations about marriage before proceeding.
