Kebbi APC campaign:  Supporters from Birnin Kebbi, Kalgo, Bunza smile home with N50m

The All Progressives Congress (APC) supporters from Birnin Kebbi, Kalgo and Bunza Federal Constituency converged on the Government House, Birnin Kebbi, Sunday, in solidarity with the candidates vying for elective positions from Kebbi Central senatorial district in the 2027 general elections.

The crowd was led by the candidate to the House of Representatives, Bello Yakubu Rilisco, and received by Governor Nasir Idris, who donated N50 million to the APC supporters for their welfare, feeding and transportation.

Frontline candidates from Kebbi Central are the incumbent Governor Idris vying for a second tenure, Sen. Muhammadu Adamu Alieru, seeking continuity in the red chamber, and former member of the House of Representatives, now seeking fresh mandate, Bello Yakubu Rilisco.

Addressing the gathering, Governor Idris thanked the APC supporters for their love, loyalty and support to the government.

“I am happy to receive you at the Government House, for affirming unflinching support to our leader, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, myself, Governor Kauran Gwandu, Sen. Muhammadu Adamu Alieru, and the candidate to the House of Representatives, Bello Yakubu Rilisco.

“My administration will sustain the implementation of policies and programmes tailored to uplifting the wellbeing of the populace.

“I urge you to remain steadfast in your support and allegiance to the APC led administration at federal and state levels”,

“You have no other platform than the APC whose elected leaders to public office are trustworthy, tested and capable”, Comrade Idris remarked.

The Vanguard of the Rally, Bello Yakubu Rilisco, on behalf of his supporters, reaffirmed loyalty to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Idris, promising to vote massively for the APC at all levels of elective positions in the 2027 polls.
