HCD 2.0: Coordinator advocates society-wide method to human capital improvement

The National Coordinator of the Human Capital Development Programme (HCD 2.0), Rukaiya el-Rufai, has referred to as for a society-wide method to human capital improvement, with stronger coordination throughout sectors and accountability to ship measurable outcomes.

El-Rufai made the decision throughout a panel session on “Business-Led Investment in Human Capital” on the  thirty second Nigerian Economic Summit which held final week in Abuja

She careworn the necessity for efforts to increase alternatives to translate into tangible enhancements within the lives and livelihoods of Nigerians.

The session examined how companies, authorities and improvement companions may work collectively to advance Nigeria’s human capital improvement agenda throughout well being and diet, training and expertise, and labour and livelihoods.

Other panellists included Ekenem Isichei of the Gates Foundation, Dr Joe Abah of DAI Global, William Benthall of Glovo/Delivery Hero, and Oare Ehiemua-Ochui of the Impact Investors Foundation.

HCD 2.0 is concentrated on translating collaboration and funding into measurable outcomes that enhance the lives and livelihoods of Nigerians.
