Couple allegedly abducted and r@ped 12-year-old girl who was found at their home ‘shaking’ and begging for her ‘mama’

A twisted couple allegedly abducted a 12-year-old girl they groomed online before taking her nearly 700 miles for the husband to r@pe her in their home, where the girl was found “shaking” and begging for her “mama.” 
Brandon Lee Britten, 31, and Sierra Dawn Britten, 28, who have a young son, chatted with the girl online for months by pretending to be a 15-year-old boy in love with her, according to an affidavit obtained by KAIT. 
After exchanging nud£ photos with her, they traveled to Spartanburg, South Carolina, where they abducted her from her home on Sept. 8, 2026, then drove her nearly 700 miles to their home in Independence County, Arkansas, the documents said. 
There, Brandon r@ped the child while his wife “slept in their young son’s bedroom,” according to the affidavit. 
Police investigating the initial abduction used Flock cameras to track the Brittens’ black Chevy Malibu to their home the next day. 
The wife and mother then blocked responding officers from getting inside their home and “locating the 12-year-old,” Lt. Zach Rawlins of the Independence County Sheriff’s Office wrote in the affidavit.
“Sierra, actively resisting, had to be physically removed from the home so the minor could be located,” the affidavit states. 
The girl was found shaking in a bathroom with her face and hands against the wall, Rawlins said. 
“After telling her who I was, the minor thanked me for coming to get her and said she wanted her mama,” the officer wrote. 
“Evidence later recovered pursuant to a search warrant of the home and medical examination corroborated the child’s story,” Rawlins said. 
The girl has since been reunited with her family. 
Sierra initially claimed she believed the child was 18, but changed her story and said she thought she was 14, according to the affidavit. 
The age of consent in both South Carolina and Arkansas is 16. 
The wife admitted chatting with the girl online and exchanging nud£ images, and arranged the trip to South Carolina around her work schedule, the documents said. 
Brandon and Sierra are both charged with traveling for the purpose of an unlawful s£x act with a minor and internet stalking of a child. Brandon is additionally charged with r@pe and Sierra with accomplice to r@pe. 
Both parents are currently being held on $1 million bail.
