Adamawa: PDP governorship candidate challenges other parties for debate

The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Adamawa state, Dr. Maurice Vonovolki, has challenged other candidates for a debate on their development plans for the state to enable Adamawa people make a right choice in 2027 election.
Speaking in an interactive session with members of the correspondents chapel in his campaign office in Yola, weekend, he said that most of their proposal is AI generated and is not based on practical experience or real challenges bedeviĺing the state.
He noted that it is surprising to see candidates arguing about who copied from who when we know that these proposals they presented as manifesto are AI generated and when you manipulated AI is going to,give you the same result.
He said his vision for the people of Adamawa state as contained in his 9 point agenda is anchored on 3 fundamental pillars namely; people, prosperity and peace.
He stressed that the people component would focus on improving welfare and productivity of the citizens, while the prosperity aspect would tackle unemployment, poverty and enabling environment for citizens to engaged in productive ventures.
Vunovolki also promised to utilised the vast resources of the state such as sun, land and water to industrialised the state and put Adamawa on Nigeria’s development map.
He added that he would leverage on these natural endowment to supply electricity to rural communities in the state through mini grips atleast 6 with two in each senetorial district that can supply atleast 5 mega watts of electricity,
According to him, this will also supply light to households , Primary Health Care centres and water scheme.
He also promised to construct buffer zone in communities especially those those bordering sambisa forest to put a bottleneck to Boko Haram insurgents and other bad eggs terrorising communities.
