VIDEO: APC Supporters Cry Out Over N1,500 Payment After Campaign Rally
A video circulating online has sparked controversy after a group of alleged All Progressives Congress (APC) supporters claimed they were paid only N1,500 each for a full day of campaigning.
The clip, originally shared on TikTok, shows the participants dressed in green APC T-shirts bearing the image of President Bola Tinubu. One of the men in the video expressed frustration over the payment, saying:
“It’s okay, I follow do advertisement. One thousand five hundred naira for what? Family man?”
Other participants could also be heard voicing disappointment, describing the amount as inadequate compensation for their efforts.
The video has since drawn reactions online, with many questioning the treatment of grassroots campaigners and the broader issue of political mobilisation ahead of the 2027 elections.
