A 19-year-old Texas college football player has been accused of physically att@cking his pregnant girlfriend after she allegedly refused to take an ab%rtion p!ll, according to a report by KTRK.

Houston Cougars defensive lineman Carmello Brooks allegedly confronted his girlfriend, Nariah Harley, at his apartment on Thursday after learning that she was pregnant.

According to testimony presented in court on Monday, Brooks allegedly squ££zed Harley’s arms before sl@mming her to the ground and s!tting on her to p!n her down.

A hearing officer told the court that the incident occurred about a month after Brooks was charged with being aggr£ssive toward another pregnant woman.

The 275-pound student-athlete is now facing charges stemming from the latest incident involving Harley. The case has drawn attention because of the circumstances surrounding the alleged att@ck and Brooks’ previous charge involving a pregnant woman.
