Tinubu And I Flew First Class To London; Obi Flew On Same Plane With Us But Sat In Economy -Prof Utomi

In an interview with Atlanta Discuss Channel, Professor Pat Utomi stated that he, Bola Tinubu and Peter Obi once travelled on the same British Airways flight from Lagos to London

Utomi said he and Tinubu were both seated in first class on the flight. He stated that after they landed in London and were walking towards the immigration counter, they saw Obi behind them and waited for him.

Utomi said Obi told him that he was in the economy class section of the same aircraft they were in. He added that Obi was governor of Anambra at the time.

Utomi said he has known Peter Obi for many years and described him as a very prudent person. He stated that Obi was careful in the way he used public resources while serving as governor of Anambra State.

In Utomi’s words: “Bola Tinubu and I were traveling to London separately but we met on the plane. We were both flying first class on British Airways many years ago and Peter Obi was then governor in Anambra. So when we came out of the airplane, Tinubu and I was walking towards immigration counter in London. I saw Peter Obi behind us and we waited for him to walk up to us…....
