Popular General Overseer, Evangelist Agochukwu survives ghastly car accident

The General Overseer of the Shekinah Arena Gospel Ministries, Evang Dr Gospel Agochukwu has disclosed that he recently survived a ghastly car accident.

DAILY POST reports that there were speculations on April 12, 2026 suggesting that the Port Harcourt-based pastor was involved in a terrible road accident.

Rumours in some quarters purported that the clergy died after the unfortunate accident.

But the Warri based Pastor and founder of Answer Assembly Christian Ministries, Bishop Irabor dismissed the claim.

However, Evangelist Agochukwu, who returned to the pulpit on Sunday after months in an undisclosed hospital, confirmed the ghastly accident.

He thanked members for their steadfastness, especially in ensuring that the ministry continues in his absence.

“Four months without coming to this place you people were still coming every Sunday. Your followership has gone beyond church, you have shown me loyalty.

“Thanksgiving is going to be one whole month. God kept me alive because he is not done with me yet”, he said.
