Pleasanton Fire Evacuation Map: Little Fire Triggers Evacuations Near Sunol as Blaze Grows to 400 Acres

The Little Fire south of Pleasanton has burned 400 acres with no containment, prompting evacuation orders and warnings in parts of Alameda County

A fast-moving wildfire south of Pleasanton in Alameda County prompted evacuation orders Tuesday as firefighters battled the growing Little Fire from both the ground and the air.

According to CAL FIRE, the Little Fire started before 3 PM near Little Valley Road and Hubbard Lane in the Sunol area. By 4:30 PM, the blaze had burned 400 acres and was 0% contained.

Fire crews from the Alameda County Fire Department and the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department responded to assist with containment efforts.

Evacuation orders have been issued for the following zones:

CAL FIRE said multiple agencies are fighting the wildfire using both ground crews and aircraft as efforts continue to contain the blaze. Residents in affected areas have been urged to follow evacuation instructions and monitor official updates as conditions change.
