Osun Election: INEC Begins Distribution of Non-Sensitive Materials in Osogbo
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Friday commenced the distribution of non-sensitive election materials at its Osogbo Local Government office on Ilobu Road, Osogbo, ahead of the forthcoming Osun poll.
According to officials, the early deployment of these materials is part of preparations to ensure smooth conduct of the election.
Non-sensitive items typically include stationery, forms, and other logistics that do not pose security risks but are essential for the administration of polling activities.
The commission emphasized that sensitive materials, such as ballot papers and result sheets, would be distributed under tighter security arrangements closer to election day.
