Matawalle donates car, 10 motorcycles to supporters in Zamfara

The Minister of State for Defence, Dr. Bello Mohammad Matawalle, has donated one car and ten motorcycles to one of his support groups in Zamfara state.

The donation was made to the group known as Matawalle Political Standing Committee (MPSC) led by Alhaji Salisu Dawa.

In a press statement issued by the Publicity Secretary of the Committee, Yusuf Idris Gusau, Saturday , the Minister said the gesture is part of his continuous empowerment programme for his teeming supporters in the state.

Matawalle, who was represented by the Chairman of his political movement in the state, Builder Ibrahim Isa Mayana, said Matawalle will continue to support his followers in the state.

According to him, the donation was aimed at easing the transportation challenges of the beneficiaries in appreciation of their constant support and loyalty to his political movement and APC in Zamfara state.

He expressed confidence that the beneficiaries will put the vehicles to judicious use for the benefit of themselves, their families, and the party.

He added that it will facilitate effective coverage and coordination of party activities across the state.

Matawalle commended members of the group for their resilience and commitment to campaigning for the APC in all parts of the state and beyond.

Responding on behalf of the beneficiaries, Dawa expressed gratitude to the Minister for the donation.

He noted that in the past, members relied on alternative means to reach various communities, but with the support, they can now effectively cover the entire state.
