News

A two-year-old woman has been rescued after she was allegedly deserted in a bush alongside the Kadawene–Mbradan street within the Dunkwa-On-Offin space of the Central Region, Ghana, resulting in the arrest of her mom and father.
The toddler was reportedly found by residents on Sunday, November 1, 2026, who discovered her mendacity within the bush and instantly took steps to rescue her.
According to info gathered by Dunkwa TV, the kid’s mom has admitted leaving her within the bush round midnight on Saturday, October 31, 2026.
In an evidence reportedly given to authorities, the mom stated she deserted the toddler as a result of her husband was unwilling to take accountability for the kid, whereas she had no supply of revenue to supply for her wants.
The girl, stated to be a local of Kadawene, a neighborhood close to Mbradan, has since been arrested alongside the kid’s father over the incident.
The dad and mom are reportedly in police custody as investigations into the circumstances surrounding the alleged abandonment proceed.
Following her rescue, the two-year-old was rushed to the Dunkwa Government Hospital, the place she is receiving medical consideration. She is claimed to be in steady situation.
