Man on the run after def!ling 17 year old boy in Ogun

The Commissioner of Police, Ogun State Command, CP Bode Ojajuni, has ordered an immediate manhunt for one Kola, following an allegation of sexu@l molestation involving a teenage boy, aged 17.

The victim and his parents reported the matter at the Adigbe Police Division in Abeokuta on Tuesday 8th September 2026. According to the victim, the accused sexu@lly assaulted him on three occasions in January 2026 and threatened him into silence.

A statement on the matter signed by the state Police spokesperson, DSP Oluseyi Babaseyi, indicated that following the report, the distraught teenager was taken to a hospital within Adigbe axis for medical examination, while detectives commenced investigation.

He explained that the matter only came to command’s attention upon the report made on 8th September 2026.

“The said Kola is presently at large, and CP Bode Ojajuni has directed detectives to intensify efforts to locate and arrest him on sight,” he said

The Command assured the public that the allegation is receiving urgent, professional and sensitive investigation, while reiterating its commitment to protecting children and vulnerable persons.
