Geregu Power Relocates Registered Office to New Abuja Address
Geregu Power Plc has announced the relocation of its registered office, with the change taking immediate effect following approval by the company’s Board of Directors.
In a corporate disclosure filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), the power generation company said its registered address has been moved from 6, Onega Street, Off Gana Street, Maitama, Abuja to 4 Dala Hills Street, Maitama, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory.
According to the company, the relocation is aimed at improving administrative efficiency and supporting its operational activities as it continues to strengthen its corporate infrastructure.
Geregu Power advised shareholders, regulators, business partners and other stakeholders to update their records to reflect the new registered office for future correspondence and official engagements.
The company noted that the change relates solely to its registered office and does not affect its operations, business activities or obligations to shareholders.
As one of Nigeria’s leading power generation companies listed on the Nigerian Exchange, Geregu Power continues to play a key role in the country’s electricity value chain.
The company said it remains committed to maintaining effective communication with stakeholders while enhancing its operational efficiency through the relocation.
