Eterna Plc Appoints Cordros Registrars as New Share Registrar

Eterna Plc has appointed Cordros Registrars Limited as its new share registration and data management service provider, replacing Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions Limited.

The energy company disclosed the change in a regulatory notice dated August 13, 2026, informing shareholders, investors and other stakeholders of the transition.

According to Eterna, the appointment of Cordros Registrars became effective on August 1, 2026.

The change means Cordros Registrars will now handle Eterna’s shareholder registration and related data management services previously administered by Greenwich Registrars.

The registrar will consequently become an important point of contact for shareholders dealing with matters connected to their holdings in the company, including shareholder records and other share registration services.

Eterna advised investors and shareholders to direct relevant registrar-related enquiries to Cordros Registrars following the transition.

The appointment represents a change in one of the key service providers supporting Eterna’s relationship with its shareholders and the administration of its shareholder register.

Eterna Plc is listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited and operates in Nigeria’s downstream energy industry.
