British actress Jodie Turner-Smith accused of funding convicted brother’s dr¥g operation, s£x parties and n@rc0tics purchases

British actress Jodie Turner-Smith has been accused in a new lawsuit of helping fund an alleged dr¥g operation and s£x parties linked to her c0nvicted brother, Richard Mark Anthony Smith.

Turner-Smith, known for her roles in “Queen & Slim” and “True Blood,” is named alongside her brother in a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles by three women using the pseudonyms Jane Doe. The women accuse Smith of dr¥g use and sales, s£xual @büs£ and possession of @rm£d weapons.

According to the lawsuit, Turner-Smith allegedly knew about the operation and helped provide financial support for a luxury Hollywood apartment where some of the alleged activities took place.

The documents also allege that Smith told one of the women that his famous sister “knew” about the operation, had used c0ca!ne with him and helped pay for a new supply of n@rc0tics. The women, however, acknowledged in the filing that those claims came from Smith and were not admissions by Turner-Smith herself.

The lawsuit further claims Turner-Smith gave her brother an Audi that was allegedly used to transport packages containing n@rc0tics across state lines.

One of the women alleged that she met Smith at an after-hours party in Los Angeles in 2023, where dr¥gs were present. She later accused him of pressuring her into dr¥g use and unwanted s£xual activity.

Another woman claimed she was pressured to sell dr¥gs and engage in unwanted s£xual activity at the Hollywood residence.

The women also made allegations involving c0nfin£ment, c0£rcion and other s£xual misconduct, and said they suffered ph¥sical and ps¥chological injuri£s as a result of their alleged interactions with Smith.

The lawsuit states that Smith is a convicted felon. The women are seeking d@m@ges, medical expenses and other costs, and have requested a jury trial.
