Before I Released Denge Pose, I Knew People Would Hear It But I Never Knew It Would Go Far -Baba Fryo

Nigerian veteran singer, Friday Igwe, popularly called Baba Fryo, has spoken about the success of his hit song Denge Pose, saying he never imagined the track would become as popular as it eventually did.

He made the statement while reflecting on the release of Denge Pose and the impact the song had on the Nigerian music scene.

According to Baba Fryo, he was confident that people would embrace the song when it was released, but he did not expect it to achieve nationwide success and become a major cultural movement.

The Ajegunle-born singer explained that he believed the song would enjoy normal popularity and dominate the airwaves for a period, but its massive influence exceeded his expectations.
