2027 election: APC women ready to mobilise voters for Tinubu, Uba Sani – Aisha Umar

The Chairperson of Operations of the Kaduna state Environmental Task Force, Hajiya Aisha Umar, has said women in the All Progressives Congress (APC) are ready to mobilise voters for President Bola Tinubu and Kaduna state Governor Uba Sani ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Umar said women would play a key role in the party’s grassroots mobilisation, adding that they were prepared to mobilise supporters in large numbers for both leaders.
She spoke with journalists in Kaduna on Saturday during the distribution of vehicles to APC local government chairmen by the state government.
Describing the distribution as a significant achievement, Umar said she had not witnessed a similar initiative since joining politics.
She commended Governor Uba Sani and the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs for the initiative, saying it demonstrated the party’s commitment to strengthening grassroots mobilisation ahead of the elections.
According to her, the achievements of the Tinubu and Uba Sani administrations in road construction, community development and human empowerment would help the APC secure continued support in Kaduna State.
“We are more than ready to mobilise more women because women are the most reliable in politics,” she said.
Umar expressed confidence in the APC’s preparations for the 2027 elections, saying women would be mobilised to support Tinubu’s re-election bid and Uba Sani’s political ambition.
She added that the party would intensify its mobilisation efforts to ensure that women turned out in large numbers during the elections.
