2027: Don't enable folks with no political future like Peter Obi into presidency – Oshiomhole to Nigerians

The Edo North Senator, Adams Oshiomhole, on Friday requested Nigerians to not enable folks with no political future, just like the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, presidential candidate, Peter Obi, to deceive them about violence.

Oshiomhole mentioned Nigerians mustn’t enable such folks to harass them as a result of the All Progressives Congress, APC, believes in peace and never violence.

He spoke in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital, throughout President Bola Tinubu’s presidential marketing campaign rally.

According to Oshiomhole: “I just want you to ask Peter Obi when he comes here next; he will try to make excuses that somebody is harassing him, but please don’t allow people with no political future, because if a man is already sick and you touch him, you could be paying for his death.

“Nobody within the APC wants something greater than the poll paper, ink, one man, one vote, one lady, one vote. We do not want any violence. I can see that they’re attempting to twist the state of affairs into considering that we’re in search of violence; we’re a celebration of peace.”
