2027: APC obsessive about Peter Obi, now turned to smear campaigns – Aisha Yesufu

Human rights activist Aisha Yesufu has accused the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, of being obsessive about the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

Yesufu made the allegation in an announcement posted on her official X deal with on Saturday.

She stated the ruling celebration has now turned to smear campaigns towards Obi.

“APC is obsessed with Peter Obi! The way they are all going after him now shows that they have gotten the memo that rigging will not be an option, so they are resorting to smear campaigns,” she wrote.

Recall that Yesufu had repeatedly argued that Obi’s supporters is not going to permit a repeat of what she described because the rigging of the 2023 election.

The NDC chieftain additionally acknowledged that they are going to watch the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, like hawks and present zero belief within the establishment overseeing the method.
