The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has described as “fake,” a report on social media indicating his help for the Labour Party (LP) governorship candidate in Adamawa state, Senator Ishaku Abbo.
Wike, who stated this by his Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media, Lere Olayinka, confused that he had no relationship with LP and any of its candidates in Adamawa state.
The social media submit had quoted Wike as saying that individuals of Adamawa state ought to make knowledgeable and considerate choices on the poll, including that in his opinion, Ishaku Abbo is greatest match for the management of the state.
However, the FCT minister described the report as “fake,” saying he didn’t at any time endorse Ishaku Abbo or any candidate of the LP.
