West Ham United captain Jarrod Bowen Commits Future To West Ham Despite Championship Relegation

West Ham United captain Jarrod Bowen has ended speculation over his future by confirming he will remain at the club as the Hammers prepare for life in the Championship following their relegation from the Premier League.

The 29-year-old England international had been linked with a possible exit after West Ham’s demotion was confirmed on the final day of the season. However, the club’s talisman has opted to stay and help lead their push for an immediate return to the top flight.

Bowen joined West Ham from Hull City in January 2020 and has since established himself as one of the club’s most influential players. He has made 280 appearances, scored 85 goals, and was appointed captain in 2024 after Kurt Zouma’s departure.
