The Snaresbrook Crown Court in the United Kingdom has
confirmed that Nigerian dancer and entertainer Iweh Pascal Odinaka, popularly
known as Poco Lee, is scheduled to appear before the court over an alleged
a$sault case.

The London-based court confirmed the development in a
correspondence issued on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.

The court’s Admin Team Lead, James Baker, confirmed that the
case has been listed for plea and trial preparation on September 15, 2026.

However, Baker said the exact time and courtroom would only
be made available on the day before the hearing.

He stated that the hearing would be open to members of the
public.

The development follows claims by the founder of the
Community of Nigerians in the United Kingdom, Benjamin Kuti, popularly known as
Oluomo of Derby, that Poco Lee was currently in a UK prison and would appear
before Snaresbrook Crown Court on September 15.

Kuti had said he became aware of the case through his
regular involvement in supporting Nigerians attending court proceedings in the
UK.

The latest court confirmation establishes that a case
involving Poco Lee is listed for hearing, although details of the specific
allegations have not been publicly disclosed in the court correspondence.
