Tinubu’s financial reforms delivering outcomes, not guarantees – Oyedele
The Minister of Finance, Taiwo Oyedele, has mentioned that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s financial reforms are backed by tangible proof and outcomes moderately than mere guarantees.
He disclosed this in a video launched by the Ministry of Finance on Monday by way of X.
According to the minister, the positive factors of Tinubu’s financial reforms, together with gas subsidy elimination and naira liberalisation, are evident for Nigerians to see.
He mentioned the precedence, if Tinubu is re-elected, can be to consolidate the financial positive factors recorded by the administration.
“The next phase is then to build credibility. So you are not selling promises, but you are selling evidence and results. We are not telling people what we will do. We have done it already. We know we are not done yet, so we are not complacent. There is still more work to be done in terms of consolidating the reforms and fiscal governance,” he mentioned.
