Tinubu taxing dying Nigerians – Amaechi
The African Democratic Congress, ADC, presidential working mate, Rotimi Amaechi, on Friday accused President Bola Tinubu of taxing dying Nigerians.
Amaechi accused Tinubu of accelerating the minimal wage of staff to N70,000 whereas gathering it by means of a number of taxation.
In an interview with News Central TV, the previous governor of Rivers State mentioned he could be shocked if Nigerians vote for Tinubu in 2027.
According to Amaechi: “President increases your wages to N70,000 and takes it away through the back from the numerous taxes he has introduced, not just one. So you are taxing dying men, Nigerians are dying.
“You must to begin with put sufficient cash of their palms, I’m advised by my crew that N70,000 will purchase 50 liters of gasoline, please inform me the place 50 liters can take you to, Ibadan?
