Putin reportedly sends thugs to beat Russians and force them into Ukraine war
A panicked Vladimir Putin is deploying armed enforcers to forcibly conscript Russian men from the streets for his brutal war in Ukraine, according to experts.
Desperate Kremlin officials have reportedly resorted to violent tactics as Russian casualty figures soar, with an estimated 30,000 to 40,000 troops killed each month.
Russian forces sustained a shocking 42,860 casualties in July alone, according to figures from the Ukrainian General Staff. Unwilling citizens are now allegedly being rounded up, assaulted and coerced in a frantic effort to replenish military ranks.
Watchdog organizations report that law enforcement officers are collaborating with recruitment officials to ensnare military-aged men, subjecting them to beatings until they agree to sign enlistment documents.
Artyom Klyga, an attorney representing victims, told The Wall Street Journal: “Authorities have switched to a method of violence, when they catch men and send them off.”
Grigory Sverdlin, founder of anti-war organization Get Lost, stated: “Just as many people have to somehow be brought into service, and the fewer there are who are ready to sign a contract, the more pressure they have to use.”, reports the Daily Star.
Witness Vladislav Leonidov described encountering a missing acquaintance detained at a police station in Penza, southwest Russia. He reported that recruitment enforcers assaulted the man before attempting to transport him to a military facility.
Leonidov managed to intervene during a medical examination. He stated: “If we had come two hours later, he would have already been taken away. They move very quickly.”
Police are even alleged to have threatened residents with fabricated drug charges if they declined to sign up.

Additionally, unusual bounty notices posted throughout residential areas promise $1,300 to anyone who brings an acquaintance to a registration facility.
Residents in Penza have rebelled against the compulsory conscription. In one widely shared video, an irate woman was captured yelling: “They beat you, they forced you.”
Despite the aggression, the aggressive campaign is failing to produce a significant increase in front-line personnel.
Kremlin authorities have warned of “legal consequences” against anyone disseminating “false information,” while US officials caution that a comprehensive forced mobilization could follow.
