Osun Election: APC’s City Boy Movement Coordinator Backs Adeleke

Pascal Okechukwu, widely known as Cubana Chief Priest and the Imo State coordinator of the City Boy Movement, has publicly declared his support for Osun State governor Ademola Adeleke, who is seeking re-election under the Accord Party.

The businessman announced his stance in a post on his verified X account, sharing a video alongside Afrobeats star Davido, Adeleke’s nephew.

In the post, he wished Davido success in his uncle’s campaign, writing: “Bestie Mi, good luck on everything, we dey UK but our mind dey Osun. It shall end in praise.”

Governor Adeleke, who is contesting in the ongoing election, has received strong backing from Davido, who has been actively campaigning and is expected to appear in Osun today.

This endorsement adds to the growing attention around the election, which has seen high voter turnout and reports of challenges with BVAS machines at some polling units.
