Moment neighbors rescue a baby found hanging from the balcony railing of a two-storey building
A dramatic video has captured the moment alert neighbors stepped in to rescue a toddler found hanging from a balcony railing.
The incident occurred after the child managed to wander onto the balcony and climb over the edge. Nearby residents noticed the immediate danger and sprang into action. Utilizing a ladder, one neighbor climbed up to the balcony structure to safely retrieve the child.
At this time, it remains unclear whether the toddler was left unattended inside the home. No adults or guardians appeared on the balcony or at the windows throughout the duration of the rescue.
