Kaduna SSG counsels governing boards to function inside legislation

The Secretary to Kaduna State Government, Dr AbdulKadir Mu’azu Meyere, has suggested members of Governing Boards and Councils, to acquaint themselves completely with the legal guidelines establishing their establishments and function strictly inside them.
