The post-ceasefire deal’s“Yellow Line” between Israeli military occupied areas and Gaza originally covered roughly 53% of Palestinian enclave, but the expanded “Orange Line” now places over 65% under tighter Israeli invasion.

2.1 million displaced Palestinians are confined to the remaining 30% of the blockaded enclave. The expanded zone spans about 100 km², where 35% of buildings are completely destroyed or severely damaged, and tens of thousands face pressure to flee.

The zone cuts off dozens of critical humanitarian, food, health, school and UNRWA facilities, alongside vital farmland, fishing areas, and essential supplies
