Bodies of man and teenage woman discovered inside automobile in Rivers
The Rivers State Police Command has commenced an investigation into the invention of the our bodies of a person and a younger woman, believed to be beneath 18, inside a Toyota Corolla automobile in Mgboushimini group, Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of the state.
The spokesperson for the command, ASP Blessing Agabe, confirmed the incident in a textual content message on Monday, October 26, 2026, stating that an investigation had begun to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the deaths and decide their trigger.
According to Nigerian Tribune, stories indicated that the deceased man’s spouse was pregnant and had allegedly confronted the younger woman over her relationship together with her husband.
The incident occurred because the couple was reportedly making ready for his or her white wedding ceremony, scheduled for November 2026, after finishing their conventional marriage rites.
The circumstances surrounding the deaths stay unclear because the police investigation continues.
