Blac Chyna made ex sign $5 million NDA barring him from talking about her daughter, dream

America model , Blac Chyna has submitted a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in court, claiming her former boyfriend, Twin Hector, signed the document during their relationship, preventing him from publicly discussing her, her family or details of their time together.

According to court filings, the agreement required Twin Hector to keep confidential any information he learned about Chyna’s personal life, business activities and family during their relationship. The NDA also extends to Chyna’s children, King Cairo, whom she shares with rapper Tyga, and Dream Kardashian, whom she shares with Rob Kardashian, as well as her mother, Tokyo Toni.

Under the terms of the agreement, the person signing the NDA is prohibited from recording or filming Chyna without her permission or disclosing any private information obtained during the relationship.

The document also includes a clause stating that anyone who violates the agreement could face $5 million in liquidated damages, although it remains unclear whether that amount would ultimately be enforceable in court.

The filing comes as Chyna and Twin Hector remain involved in an ongoing legal dispute, with both parties accusing each other of abuse following the end of their relationship in 2023.
